This is our 8th workout in the Beginner Mat Series and we’ll be using a Fitness Circle to assist in some exercises, add challenge to others, and also to work in ways you can’t without the Circle. The goal is to continue to help increase mobility, body awareness, and strength.
Programming Tips: Not all exercises are for all people. Be sure to modify or omit exercises that are not right for you. Once you are comfortable with this workout, continue to Beginner Mat Series Workout 9.
