This is the 10th and last workout in our Beginner Mat Series. We’ll be performing all of the exercises considered beginner level, but in their entirety. We’ll be moving at a slightly faster pace to help build endurance and stamina and we’ll be adding preps for exercises considered intermediate and even advanced. The changes from the previous workout are highlighted in the notes below.
Programming Tips: This workout is part of the Beginner Mat Series. Be sure that you are confident with the previous workout, before progressing to the Intermediate Level Series. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
