Beginner Fitness on the Reformer 12-24-18

You'll need a Fitness Circle for a couple of exercises in this workout. This workout is perfect for beginners who want a traditional fitness program. The workout begins with legs, then moves on to upper body, and finishes with core work. The exercises are simple but challenging.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
