This full body workout is designed for newer clients. It focuses on strength, balance, and mobility. We start with exercises that primarily focus on legs. Then continue with exercises that focus mainly on the upper body. Finally we focus on the core. There are some more traditional Pilates exercises, as well as some unique exercises and variations that make this a fun and challenging beginner workout.Programming: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATESÌ´ Split Pedal Stability Chair. Other manufacturerås Chairs may need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
