Back to Basics Reformer and Chair Workout 6-21-18

This workout is great for new clients, and has been designed specifically to increase strength, mobility and balance. It’s also a great workout for clients who want to get back to the basics to reinforce the basic principles and for those who want a challenging workout with the more complicated exercises. The exercises in this workout are beginner level, but some may need to be modified to meet the needs of the client or class.
