Athletic Reformer Workout 7-3-18

This workout is fun, full-body, and fast-paced. We’re combining fitness and Pilates again for a dynamic, strength based workout. We’ll add the Maple Pole for some variation. And we’ll be using the box for some strength work for the lower and upper body (a little core work thrown in for good measure). This is a perfect workout for those wishing to gain strength and are at an intermediate level. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises.
