ARS2 - W3 Athletic Reformer Series 2 - Workout 3

Equipment: Pilates Circle. This is our second Athletic Reformer Series with John. In this series, we’ll be adding props to the workouts and combining Reformer with other formats. Every 3 workouts will use the same props. In our first 3 (including this one), we’ll be using the Pilates Circle as the prop and incorporating Matwork into the workouts.
