Athletic Mat Workout 12-26-18

This workout includes a mix of beginner and intermediate level exercise for a fun, full body, Mat Workout. It’s perfect for clients who want a more challenging workout that’s got a combination of body weight exercises mixed with Pilates mat exercises. We’ll do sets of exercises. This will help newer students learn the exercises more quickly and also provide higher intensity work.
Programming Tips:
Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
