ARS2 - W8 (Athletic Reformer Series 2 - Workout 8)

This is our second Athletic Reformer Series with John. In this series, we’ll be adding props to the workouts and combining Reformer with other formats. Every 3 workouts will use the same props. For workouts 7-9 (including this one), we’ll be using the Jumpboard, Band and Hand Weights.
