ARS2 - W11 - Athletic Reformer Series 2 - Workout 11

Equipment: Trampoline, Reformer, Reformer Box, Hands Weights (optional). This is our second Athletic Reformer Series with John. In this series, we’ll be adding props to the workouts and combining Reformer with other formats. Every 3 workouts will use the same props. For workouts 10-12 (including this one), we’ll be using a Fitness Trampoline and Hand Weights.
