Intermediate calisthenics put together in a creative and high energy workout. The workout is divided into 4 sections (Full body, Lower Body, Upper Body and Core Focus). You can substitute any of our beginner or advanced exercises from our other All You Need is You Workouts. Further regressions, changes in reps and sets may be required for some clients. Programming Tips:Since this is a full body workout of moderate to high intensity, take a day or two of rest before performing the workout again to fully recover and get the most benefit out of the workout and to help decrease the risk of injury.
