In this workout, we deliver a full body, no equipment necessary, beginner level workout. The majority of the exercise are considered beginner level, and the workout is medium intensity. It is designed to make you sweat, get your metabolism going and work your entire body. Further regressions, changes in reps and sets may be required for some clients.Programming Tips:This full body workout is a beginner level with body weight. You can change sets and reps, or omit exercises, if you wish to suit the needs of your class or client. Since this is a full body workout of moderate intensity, take a day or two of rest before performing the workout again to fully recover and get the most benefit out of the workout and to help decrease the risk of injury.
