Advanced Reformer Series - Workout 2

This is our second workout in the Advanced Reformer Series. With each complete workout, we’ll focus on some of the exercises considered advanced level, changing them out each workout, until we’ve covered all of the exercises.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
