This Advanced Reformer Workout is a full body workout that is medium to high intensity. The Reformer is such a great piece of equipment to work with. In this workout, John is joined by Jeremy Sette. You’ll see Traditional Reformer exercises selected to show athleticism and strength. Programming Tips: The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Also, this is an advanced workout. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
