This is a full body advanced workout using the Cadillac. Weåll be using the Roll Down Bar, Leg Springs, Arm Springs, the Push-Thru Bar, Trapeze and the Fuzzy Straps. Itås an advanced level workout that requires a trained professional to spot the client during the exercises.NOTE: Not all exercises are right for all people, so be sure you or your clients are ready for the exercises before performing them.
