Advance Reformer Strength Workout 11-12-18

Get ready for a really fun advanced workout that is focused on strength. It's not the traditional start to a Reformer Workout, but we're focusing on exercises to help us prepare for the challenging exercises to come. This is a full body, challenging workout.
Programming Tips:
The recommended springs are for a Merrithew® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Also, this is an advanced workout. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
