This workout is part of our Ab Series. The Ab Series includes workout that are Pilates Based, with and without equipment. There are also Fitness Ab Workouts in the Series. This is a combination, using Medicine Ball and Body Weight. The workouts are all under 30 minutes long. This workout is fast paced and challenging.
