Equipment: Reformer Box, Pole. This is workout 16 in the 6-Week Intermediate Reformer Challenge. This is a progressive series with 3 45-minute workouts included in each week. We recommend you start with the first workout and progress through the series with us week by week. As the series progresses, we replace exercises that have been repeated a few times with new, often more challenging ones. This happens gradually to help you learn the exercises and progress throughout the program.
