This is the first workout in the 6-Week Intermediate Reformer Challenge. This is a progressive series with 3 45-minute workouts included in each week. We recommend you start with the first workout and progress through the series with us week by week. As the series progresses, we take out exercises that have been repeated a few times and add in new ones. This is done gradually to help you learn the exercises and progress gradually through the program. John teaches his friend Patty through the entire series and we think you'll really enjoy their energy and have fun joining them in this series.
