20 Minute Fitness Workout Series - Upper Body Strength Circuit with Weights

Circuits are a very efficient way to work out. They allow you to move from one exercise to the next, working one muscle group with the others recover. In this upper body program, we’ll perform 3 rounds of exercises; each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises; each round is performed for 2 sets.
