20 Minute Workout Series - TRX Sculpt Workout 2

This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity, metabolism boosting 20 minute workout. This is our second strength workout using the TRX. We’ll do 5 Rounds of 2 exercises, 3 sets each. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and there’s a 30 second rest between rounds. I’m using an app called Seconds.
