This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity, metabolism boosting 20 minute workout. This one focuses on Strength and uses the TRX. We’ll do 5 Rounds of 2 exercises, 3 sets each. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and there’s a 30 second rest between rounds. I’m using an app called Seconds.
Programming Tips:
This workout can be performed two or three times per week or with the other workouts in the series.
