20 Minute Fitness Workout Series - Strength Circuit with Weights

This workout is perfect for those who want a full body strength workout in 20 minutes. We’ll perform 6 exercises, hitting every major muscle group, for 3 sets. Then, we’ll add 2 more exercises for our “2 minute warning,” making this a perfect 20 minute workout. Perform each for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition to the next exercise. I’m using an app called Seconds.
