This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity, metabolism boosting 20 minute workout. This is our first strength workout using the Med Ball. We’ll do 20 exercises in 20 minutes. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds and there’s a 15 second transition between exercises. I’m using an app called Seconds.
Programming Tips: This workout can be performed two or three times per week or with the other workouts in the series.
