20 Minute Fitness Workout Series - Med Ball Workout 2

Get ready for a fun, full body circuit using the Med Ball! We’ll perform 2 rounds of 3 exercises. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises. Each round is performed for 3 sets. There is a 10 transition between rounds, and a 2 minute cool down after the rounds are complete. I’m using an app called Seconds.
