20 Minute Mat Workout Series - Mat Circuit with Props

You'll need a Flex Band, Fitness Circle, and Swiss Ball for this workout. This program is perfect for those who want a full body, mat workout in 20 minutes. The workout includes 3 Rounds of 3 exercises with with various pieces of equipment. We’ll perform each exercise for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises. I’m using an app called Seconds.
