This is another workout in our 20 Minute Series. This series is designed for those with limited time that still want to get a great workout in. We’re jumping for 20 minutes! It’s fun, fast paced, and I think you’re going to love it. Be sure to check out the other workouts in the series too.
The recommended springs are for a STOTT PILATES® Reformer. Other manufacturer’s Reformers will need different springs. Please be sure that you or your clients and classes are ready for all of these exercises. Proper assessment and progressions must be completed with each participant in order to assure a safe and effective workout.
