You'll need: Trampoline, Dumbbells, Med Ball, TRX. This program is perfect for those who want a full body, high intensity strength workout in 20 minutes. The workout includes just 6 exercises with with various pieces of equipment. We’ll perform 3 rounds of the circuit, followed by a quick abs set. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises. I’m using an app called Seconds.
This workout can be performed two or three times per week or with the other workouts in the series.
