This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity cardio workout in 20 minutes. This is a tabata style workout, which means 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We’ll do most of the exercises two times. For some minutes, we’ll do one exercise for the first 20 seconds and a different one for the second 20 seconds.
Note: Put on your favorite Playlist, nice and loud. Otherwise, you're going to hear some heavy breathing. :)
