Equipment: Trampoline, Dumbbells, Swiss Ball (optional). This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity cardio workout in 20 minutes. This is a Tabata Circuit workout, which means 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We’ll complete 5 Rounds. Each Round has a trampoline (cardio) and Dumbbell (strength) exercise. Perform each Round for 4 sets and then take a 30 second rest before the next Round.
