This workout is perfect for those who want a full body strength workout in 20 minutes. Using a variety of tools, makes the workout more fun and add a ton of options. That’s why I called this the Kitchen Sink Workout - because we’re basically using everything but! In this circuit style workout, we’ll perform 3 Rounds of 3 Exercise for 2 Sets. Perform each Exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition to the next exercise.
