20 Minute Fitness Series - Full Body BOSU Workout 1

This workout is part of our 20 Minutes Fitness Series. We’ll be working with the BOSU Trainer. This is a full body, intermediate level, workout in all positions. The BOSU adds balance and core challenge to every exercise. Each exercise will be performed for 50 seconds with a 10 seconds to transition to the next exercise. I’m using an App called Seconds.
