20 Minute Fitness Series - Body Weight Tabata Workout

This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity cardio workout in 20 minutes with no equipment. This is a tabata style workout, which means 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We’re doing 8 sets of every exercise and we have 4 exercises in the workout. We’ll take 30 seconds between rounds. Put on your favorite playlist and let’s get going!
