This workout is perfect for those just beginning and want a workout that requires no equipment. We’ll work the entire body, while focusing on proper form. We’ll be performing 2 Rounds of exercises. Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds. Each Round will be performed 3 times. This is our second Beginner Body Weight Workout. It is slightly more challenging than workout 1. Once you've mastered this workout, move onto Beginner Body Weight Workout 3.
