Supersets are a very efficient way to work out. They allow you to move from one exercise to the next, working one muscle group while the other recovers. In this arm workout, we’ll perform 5 rounds, each with a Biceps and Triceps exercise; each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises; each round is performed for 2 sets. I’m using an app called Seconds.
