20 Minute Fitness - Leg Workout 9-20-19

Supersets are a very efficient way to work out. They allow you to move from one exercise to the next, blasting each muscle group before moving on to the other. In this leg workout, we’ll perform 3 rounds, each with 3 exercises; each exercise is performed for 50 seconds and there’s a 10 second transition between exercises; each round is performed for 2 sets. I’m using an app called Seconds.
