20 Minute Cadillac Series - Push Through Bar Workout 1

This is a full body workout using exercises with the Push-Thru Bar. It’s an intermediate level workout. I highly recommend a trained professional to spot the client during Push-Thru Bar exercises, especially when using the Springs from below, as this piece of equipment can be dangerous if you lose control of the Bar. Always make sure that the safety chain is attached when using springs from below.
