15 Minute Full Body Strength Workout with Patty 2 3-13-20

Equipment: Dumbbells.    This is our second 15 minute strength workout and is perfect for those who want it all in just 15 minutes.  We’ll be using supersets of exercises which makes this workout very efficient.  Bonus: We added a quick 3-minute stretch to the end of the workout, just in case you have a bit more time.
