This workout takes a more traditional approach to the work of Joe Pilates. I?ve changed the order a little from the original and made some adjustments to some of the exercise to add variety. This workout is a great way to move a client from beginner to intermediate. It will prepare them for more advanced work and keep them challenged. I?ve kept the number of repetitions closer to the original intent as well. This is fast paced and fun and I hope you enjoy it.
