Mat Workout with Arc Barrel ( 0:34:40)

This workout combines Mat exercises and Arc (Small) Barrel exercises for a full body program that is intermediate level. Using the Barrel can add support or challenge, or simply variety to a Mat only program. Programming Tips: The workout is designed as a full body intermediate level workout for students with some pilates experience. Throughout the video programming tips are given on how to present the exercises and the purpose for the selections made. Not all exercises are for everyone, so pick and choose which ones will work best for your client and / or group.

This fitness and Pilates based workout is all sculpting the glutes and thighs (and calves). We programmed this for studios that do not have heavy leg equipment to use. So we are using body weight and small props. It’s part of our Summer Body Workout Series. The other workouts are Summer Body Shoulders and Arms, Summer Body Abs, and Summer Body Chest and Back. All of the workouts are quick, challenging and effective. Let’s get Summer Body ready! Programming Tips: Combine this with our other Summer Body Workouts for a complete full body program.
