Intermediate Reformer Series Promo Favorite Favorite

Our Intermediate Reformer Series is Progressive. Once you're comfortable with the workouts in the Beginner Series, start with the first workout in the Intermediate Series. Throughout the series, more intermediate exercises will be layered in. Each workout comes with notes highlighting the new exercises and variations. Practice each workout in the series until you are confident with the exercises, then move on to the next workout in the series.
